A quick guide to resolving not ready to fulfill orders in SelluSeller.
An order is categorized under not ready to fulfill due to the following reasons:
a) Missing SKU: This happens in case if the SKU/Product is directly created on Seller Center and you missed to sync that manually in SelluSeller.
b) If Shipping Carrier is not assigned
c) Out of stock : If there is insufficient stocks.
d) Unpaid orders
To view your not ready to fulfill orders:
Sign into SelluSeller and click on the 'Orders' tab.
Click on 'New Orders'. A drop-down menu appears with all your ready to fulfill and not ready to fulfill orders. View your entire list of not ready to fulfill products under 'Not ready to Fulfill' option.
You can also view the list of not ready to fulfill orders due to different reasons under that.
To resolve Missing SKU:
a) Click on 'SKU Missing' under the Not ready to fulfill list. A complete list of all your orders appears that are missing SKUs.
b) Click on the selected order. The order information page appears. Click on 'Add CSKU' to add a CSKU. Then click on 'Update CSKU' button.
Note: Should the specific SKU has no stock, it will not be able to find the SKU from panel
To resolve unassigned shipping carrier:
a) Click on 'Shipping Carrier- Not assign'. A complete list of all your orders appears for which shipping carriers have not been assigned.
b) Click on the selected order. The order information page appears. Under 'Shipping Carrier Details', click on 'Assign Carrier'. Select the appropriate carrier.
To resolve insufficient stock:
a) Click on 'Out of Stock' under the Not ready to fulfill list. A complete list of all your orders appears that are out of stock.
b) Click on the selected order. The order information page appears. Under 'Product Information', click on 'Update Stock' to resolve the issue.
Note : If Anchanto WMS is connected with OMS, for the order that is under not ready to fulfill status will not be sync to WMS system until its resolved.
