We are super excited for the upcoming Singles Day Event (11/11) happening across the region and we wanted to quickly share with you some of the restrictions that we will implement across our platforms to ensure you get a great experience on the day.  



For our Order Management System (OMS) / SelluSeller Customers:


Within our catalogue module, we will restrict the following features:


  • Create a product / SKU

  • Update details about a product / SKU

  • Any bulk operation (inc. uploads)

  • Amendments and updates through catalogue related API’s

  • Syncing of Products

  • Syncing of Categories 

  • Syncing of Attributes

  • Any syncing that relates to Quality Control


We will also restrict the following features within our order modules:


  • Syncing of orders for orders ‘fulfilled by the marketplace’

  • Syncing the last five days of orders

  • We will minimise the frequency of completed orders to every thirty minutes

  • For Lazada users, we will restrict the addition of Reserve Stock.


These restrictions will apply from: 


10th November 2300 SGT to 12th November 0100 SGT.  


All other modules and features of OMS will remain unrestricted.


For our Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Wareo Customers:

 

Within our reporting module the ability to produce a report with a date range greater than three days will be disabled.


This restriction will apply from: 


10th November 2300 SGT to 12th November 0100 SGT.  


All other modules and features of WMS will remain unrestricted.



For customers that integrate to Lazada:


You will have been notified directly from Lazada on a number of additional restrictions that they are putting in place.  For more information on these restrictions please check out our support site by clicking here.
