* Go to the "Account Setting Module" within the OMS account
* Navigate to Team Members and click "Add New"
* Enter basic information and select the role (which can be customized)
* Click "Create User"
* The user will then be available in the list of Team Members and Admin user can Activate the user by clicking the "Activate" button in the right-hand corner
* The user will receive an email with a link to set their password
* Once the password is set, the user can log in to the OMS using their username and password.
