We are very happy to announce that OMS has been updated with a new enhancement – Auto Renewal of Account Subscription.
 

This new enhancement is now live. 


Auto Renewal: 


Anchanto OMS is proud to announce the new feature of automatic renewal for all accounts that have an expiring subscription. This feature will ensure that our valued subscribers can continue using our platform without any interruption. An information emailer will be sent to all subscribers whose accounts are expiring, with the email being triggered on both 10 and 5 days before the auto-renewal of the subscription.

 

The KAM (Key Account Management) team will also be CCed in the emailer to ensure that our subscribers have a dedicated point of contact in case of any queries during the auto-subscription process. Customers can also reach out to our Customer Support teams for any further assistance.

 

We hope that this new feature will make it easier for our subscribers to renew their subscriptions and continue to benefit from our platform. We value your feedback and suggestions and look forward to serving you better.
