We are very excited to share the new improvement in the Anchanto Order Management (OM) for Error Message that appear while product listing and order processing. These enhancements would enable our user in an effortless and user-friendly experience. 
This new feature is now live.
 


Use Case


This new feature is designed to empower sellers by providing them with comprehensive and detailed information when they encounter errors during product listing and order processing. By offering simplified English explanations of the errors, sellers can easily understand what went wrong and take appropriate actions. 

The error simplification screen ensures better readability and provides efficient information, enabling sellers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they face. The feature will make error handling a seamless and effortless experience for all our sellers.

Enhanced Error Understanding: Sellers can now access comprehensive error messages that offer clear explanations and guidance for resolving issues. This empowers sellers to quickly identify and address any errors encountered, leading to smoother operations. 


Streamlined Troubleshooting: The error simplification screen eliminates ambiguity by providing specific details about the error, allowing sellers to take targeted actions to rectify the problem. This streamlines the troubleshooting process for the sellers. 


Improved Efficiency: With a better understanding of the error sellers can swiftly address any issues, reducing potential delays in product listing and order processing. This helps maintain operational efficiency and ensures a seamless selling experience.


User Guide

Error Messages for Catalogue Module

1. Login > Catalogue

2. Click on others tab > Select Failed 

 

3.  Select a product from the List of failed product listing grid. 

 

4. Click on the product name and check details.


5. From the product details page, click on the ⓘ icon that appears on the right of the Listing Status. 


6. The error message appears in the popup. To know more about the error, click on the link given on the right side within the box. 

 

7. The screen appears with a list of closest match with error messages with their respective english meanings. The related error shows what appeared on the failed listing page.


8. In case the relevant error message is not found on the list the seller has a provision to add it into the error directory. The Add button provides a provision for the sellers to add the error message which can be updated by the internal Anchanto team with english meaning.


Note: The list of error messages that appear is the suggested error that can relate to the messaged shown on the failed listing status. It is not the exact match of the error.


Error Messages for Order Module

In case of orders that are stuck within the processing pipeline follow the steps below to locate the error messages:


1. Orders > Select problem Order 

2. Click on order id and view order details 

3. Click on the Processing flow of the order


4. Check the error that appear and click on the link to know more

5. The error message page will appear that shows the list of closest match with error messages with their respective english meanings. The related error shows what originally appears on the order processing flow tab. 


6. In case the relevant error message is not found on the list the seller has a provision to add it into the error directory. The Add button provides a provision for the sellers to add the error message which can be updated by the internal Anchanto team with english meaning.
