When the same parent SKU presents for multiple group products on marketplace, this will cause product unsync from marketplace to Anchanto OMS due to parent code mismatch. 

To solve the product unsync due to parent code mismatch, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Navigate to catalogue module and select the dropdown of unsync tab. Then select Parent Code Mismatch 

Step 2: The system will show the list of products that not synced to OMS due to Parent Code Mismatch


Step 3: The user is required to login seller's platform and change the SKU code of those group products present in parent code mismatch tab. The user must ensure that all the group products are having unique parent SKU code in the marketplace.

Step 4: Go to integration module - ecommerce channels, select the store that user updated the SKU code in step 3. Click on the three vertical dots and select product sync to sync the product with updated SKU to Anchanto OMS.
