When the product is not synced from marketplace to Anchanto OMS due to the same marketplace product ID presents for another product in Anchanto OMS, this error is called Duplicate Marketplace Product ID. 


To solve the unsync product due to duplicate marketplace product ID, please folllow the below steps:


Step 1: Navigate to catalogue module and select the dropdown of unsync tab. Then select Duplicate Marketplace Product ID



Step 2: The system will show the list of products that not synced to OMS due to duplicate marketplace product ID


User can click on the CSKU or product name to read the detail error message 



Step 3: The user is required to unmap the marketplace product ID of existing product in Anchanto OMS. To unmap the marketplace product ID, go to bulk action and download the template file named Bulk Product's ID/Code Unmap 


Step 4: Input the SKU code to the file and save the file. 

Note: if the error happens for group product, both parent SKU code and variant SKU code need to be unmapped. 


Step 5: Go back to the bulk option and click the upload button to upload the template with filled data. 

While uploading the file, select the marketplace which user wants to unmap the codes for.


Step 6: Go to integration module - ecommerce channels, select the store that user unmap the product ID in step 5. Click on the three vertical dots and select product sync to sync the product to Anchanto OMS.



Step 7:

  1. Click on 'Stock Sync' button (at extreme upper right corner), enable the 'All Stores’ check box for syncing stock for all Marketplaces. Then click on the 'Sync Stock' button. (this activity can be performed once a day as this is for bulk upload stock
  2. However, you can also select specific marketplace with which you wish to sync stock and click on 'Sync Stock' button.

 

This will send the stock available in OMS to the Sales Channel.
