There are cases when your stocks on Anchanto OMS and stocks on sales channels are showing different number. 

When there’s discrepancy in stock, please kindly perform following checks.

 

  1. Check if the Sales channel is connected to OMS.
    1. If not connected, please reconnect the store to OMS.
      Once connected, the product fetch and order fetch will begin.
      Once its complete, please check if the stocks are still not aligned between the marketplace and OMS.

       
    2. If connected, check if the product is Active on the Sales channel.
      1. If Active, perform the Manual Stock Sync through the Inventory Module.

While performing the Manual Stock Sync, click on the drop-down arrow on the Sync Stock button to select the stores.
 

 You can select “All Stores” if you wish to sync the stock to All connected stores or select for few. Once the stores are selected, Sync Stock button will be activated.

If selected All Stores, the stock will be synced to All the stores on which the respective Channel SKU (cSKU) is listed.

          

If you wish to perform the stock sync only for selected iSKUs, select the respective iSKUs (you can search for the respective iSKUs as well) and a Sync Select button will appear. Click on it to sync the stocks to all the stores & the stock updated will be sent to the stores on which the respective cSKU is listed.

 NOTE: Manual Stock Sync can be performed on once in 24 hrs. However, sync selected can be performed. 

 

 

  1. If the Product is not Active/is Delisted on Sales Channel.
    1. Activate the product on Sales Channel and perform the Stock Sync once Activated.

       
  2. If Product is in Draft State on OMS but Active on Sales Channel.
    1. Perform the Product Sync followed by Stock Sync (once the product sync is complete) for the respective Sales Channel.
      1. Go to Integrations -> Ecommerce Channels on your SelluSeller account.
      2. Search for the respective store.
      3. Confirm that the Sales Channel status is connected.
      4. Click on 3 vertical dots on the right side of the listed channel and click on Sync Products from the drop-down.
      5. Last Product Synced date will be updated once the Product Sync is complete.

  1. If the stock discrepancy issue is still not fixed after performing the above actions, the discrepancies can be happened due to the following reasons:
    1. There is buffer stock in the product setting.
      When the ISKU is set with buffer stock, the available-to-purchase stock shown on sales channels will exclude the buffer stock.
                The purpose of buffer stock is to set a secured stock at warehouse so that it will be used for emergency cases as well as prevent overselling.


Whenever there is a discrepancy in stock level, firstly check if the SKU is set with buffer stock or not.
If yes, seller can remove that buffer stock by:
 

  1. Navigate to Inventory Module, search for the iSKU that seller wants to remove the buffer stock and click on edit option.
     
  2. Remove or update the buffer stock and click Update Product button at the bottom.

  3. Perform Manual Stock Sync or Sync Selected.


     
  1. There is on-hold stock.
          On-hold stocks are stocks that are being kept for unpaid orders and problem orders. The displayed stocks on sales channels will exclude these on-hold stocks.

    To solve the On-Hold stocks, please perform the following steps:
    1. Navigate to Order Module and look for not ready to fulfil orders.

    2. Rectify the problem orders.

    3. The on-hold stocks will be released. Navigate to Inventory Module, select the iSKU and click on sync selected so that OMS will push the update stock to sales channels.

  1. There is an ongoing stock reservation for flash-sale promotion.
    To check if there is any ongoing flash reservation promotion, navigate to Promotion Module in Anchanto OMS and select the active tab.
    The system will display a list of ongoing promotions.
    Once the promotion ends, the stock number will be reverted to normal.


     
  2. If the product is duplicated on Marketplace.
    1. If the product (SKU Code) is listed multiple times on the marketplace.
    2. Maintain unique SKU at Marketplace. Delete the duplicate ones from the respective marketplace.
    3. Once you've taken care of the duplicate SKUs, remove the marketplace codes from the SKUs by going to Catalogue -> Bulk Actions -> Bulk Products ID/Code Unmap.
    4. Download the template file, update the SKUs in that file. While uploading the file, select the marketplace which you want to Unmap the codes for.
    5. Once done, perform the Product Sync followed by Stock Sync.

       
  3. If there’s Product Id (Marketplace Code) mismatch between OMS and Marketplace.
    1. Remove the marketplace codes from the SKUs by going to Catalogue -> Bulk Actions -> Bulk Products ID/Code Unmap.
    2. Download the template file, update the SKUs in that file. While uploading the file, select the marketplace which you want to Unmap the codes for.
    3. Once done, perform the Product Sync followed by Stock Sync.
